Bloody Butcher (thin) - possibly an old French Cider variety.
Yorkshire Apples
Aka Breadfruit and Lamb's Apple. Possibly with older French origins this variety was noted in Cornwall and earlier in Kilkenny during 1800s and rediscovered by Dr Lamb. This is a mild flavoured often tart bittersweet cider apple with firm white juicy flesh with a strawberry tang. A good cropper. Pollination group 4.
