Amber - an aromatic variety with sweet fruit.

A rarer part of the magnificent W. Seabrook collection of apples in Boreham Essex (1936) named in this case after precious stones. With firm, yellowed white flesh this variety has a pleasant sweet and aromatic flavour. An interesting variety worthy of greater recognition. Pollination group 3.
