Amere Nouvelle - a vintage bittersweet from NE France

A high quality bittersweet cider variety traditionally grown in the Somme region of NE of France. Producing good levels of dense juice, this excellent resource is used to contribute tannins to a blend. It can be susceptible to scab in wet areas although it is resistant to powery mildew. This is a worthwhile addition to any cider collection.
