Aromatic Russet - aromatic, intense flavour and hardy.

A highly aromatic, richly flavoured, dessert apple of high quality with an intensity greater than Egremont Russet. The flesh is pale yellow and offers a sweet/sharp or sweet/tangy flavour. A hardy scab resistant variety that is an abundant bearer and probably originated in France and was introduced by 1850 to the UK.
