Bedan Des Partes - a vintage mild bittersweet from Normandy.

A vintage mild bittersweet cider apple from Normandy raised from seed in 1872 and still highly regarded as a productive late flowering, free spurring variety with single varietal potential although it is better served blended.  Disease tolerant. It produces attractive deep amber sweet juice.  Pollination group 5.

MILD BITTERSWEET  SG 1051, Malic acid 0.18, Tannin 0.18.
