Black Dabinett Scions - perhaps the best Bittersweet variety.
Yorkshire Apples
A late single variety, full flavoured, medium bittersweet, vintage cider with high tannin and high sugar from Somerset. (Liz Copas thinks it is better blended). Resistant to scab and grown commercially, this is a vigorous tree that annually bears fruits that larger than most cider varieties. If your space only allows one cider apple variety then this is the one. Pollination group 4.
