Brown Snout - a late flowering medium bittersweet.

Yorkshire Apples

Found as a chance seedling in Hereford in 1850 and later distributed by Bulmers. This late flowering, high yielding, cider apple makes a mellow, amber to dark cider with some astringent tannin and bittersweet flavours.  Poliination group 5.
