Yorkshire Apples
A much sought after variety, known as the Gypsy Apple in south west Hungary, it being derived originally from the wild in the Carpathian Basin and received in 1948. Often with red bleeding into the pure white flesh which is pleasantly sour, slightly sweet, and delicately spicy. This variety is highly recommended for juicing. Pollination group 3.
