Coconut Crunch - a firm fleshed apple with a spicy flavour.

Released in 1982 in Idaho this variety was the result of a cross between Northern Spy and Stark Delicious. Not named so because of the flavour but rather the firmness of the flesh.  It is a yellow apple with a sweet, spicy, slightly nutty, classic apple flavor sometimes with hints of cinnamon that bears heavily every season.
