Edward V11 - a cold hardy, disease resistant cooker.
Yorkshire Apples
Said to be a cross between Blenheim Orange an Golden Noble (1902) this popular cold hardy cooker is resistant to most diseases. It is suitable for the north in that it flowers late and often escapes frosts. It needs another to pollinate it. The flesh cooks to a fine puree and is sweeter than Bramley. Will store till March perhaps April. Pollination Group 5.
