Yorkshire Apples
A full bodied,single variety, medium dry cider from high quality bitter-sweet juice. Discovered in Somerset (1850) by William Dabinett, (possibly as a seedling from Chisel Jersey) it is well-regarded and popular commercially, being self fertile, easy to grow with a regular harvest. The flesh is greenish white, sweet, crisp with astingency. Pollination group 5.
