Ellis Bitter - a well regarded bittersweet cider apple.

A full bodied, single variety, medium dry cider from high quality bittersweet juice. Originating in 1800s either from Somerset, or the farm of Mr Ellis in DEvon. It is well-regarded and popular commercially, being self fertile, easy to grow with a regular harvest. Pollination group 5.
