Ladies Finger scions

This heritage cooker recorded in 1824 although thought to be older, once common in Victorian gardens in the north of England is a rather rare find nowadays. Good, rich flavour and an ability to hold its shape during cooking made this a kitchen favourite with more sweetness than Bramley. Pollination group 4.
