Yorkshire Apples

A French (1780s) bittersweet cider variety with mild tannins and moderate bitterness that is extensively grown commerically in the south of England. Cropping annually (many cider apples crop bienniallly) this variety is better served by allowing the fruit to fully ripen. Pollination group 5.
