Vilberie - a traditional late flowering French Bittersweet.

A traditional Full Bittersweet from Brittany that was introduced by Bulmers in the mid 19th century.  It is a late flowering and heavy cropping variety that adds sweetness, richness and depth to a blend remembering it is one of the most tannic apples available.  Partially self fertile. Makes a good full bodied cider. Pollination group 6.
