Doux Normandie Scions (Cider)

A famous "soft" french bittersweet with mild tannins that is said to originate in Brittany and is now popular in Normandy. The smallish red fruits need to be pressed quickly and will produce superb aromatic, perfumed juice  Pollination group 4.

SG 1.047, Malic Acid 0.33, Tannin 0.29, Brix 11.8
