Yorkshire Apples
Described in 1920 this popular Cornish dual purpose fruit was raised on Colloget's Farm in the Tamar Valley. The large, pale yellow and red striped, knobbly fruits have greenish, firm, juicy and melting flesh with a sharp taste resulting in a dry, light cider or a tart sauce. The resulting cider is sparkling, dry and light - sometimes referred to as"ladies cider!" Pollination group 4.
