Ellison's Orange - disease resistant excellent tasting variety.
Yorkshire Apples
A very juicy apple of Cox parentage (with Calville Blanche) raised around 1904 by Rev Ellison. Excellent variety especially for the north that is hardy with good frost and scab resistance. As a variety it is pollen rich and noted for attracting bees. The flavour is truly complex with aromatic aniseed undertones if picked late. Cropping is heavy and regular. A very juicy variety. Resistant to both scab and mildew. Pollination Group 4.
Dessert - Spur bearer - Partially self fertile - Ready early October
Minimum order of 5 scions - these can be of different varieties.
