Elstar Scions

Developed in Holland (1955) by crossing Golden delicious and Ingrid Marie and released in 1972. The medium sized fruits are crisp with good levels of juice that offer a good balance of sweetness and acidity. This variety crops well and benefits from summer pruning. Pollination Group 4.
