Falstaff Scions

A modern East Malling variety that is heavy cropping (said to be the best cropping variety) with small to medium sized apples ready in October that offer excellent sweet, tangy juicy flesh with great flavour. Raised from a cross between James Grieve and Golden Delicious it is partially self fertile and a prolific pollinator of other varieties. Disease and highly frost resistant - most suitable for the north. Self fertile with nectar/pollen rich pink/mauve flowers tinged with red. Pollination Group 3. Regarded by many as a must for any garden. 

Dessert - Partially self fertile - Spur bearer - Ready early October.
