Yorkshire Apples

A Canadian variety also known as Snow Apple (due to it's milky white flesh) - grown in Quebec Province between 1700-1850.  It is very hardy and offers great disease resistance with the exception of scab.  It is considered to be one of the ancestors of McIntosh with it's characteristic sweet, vinous flavours. Polination group 2.
