Foxwhelp Scions (Cider)

The present day Foxwhelp originates in Gloucestershire in the 1600s although it has undoubtedly been improved through careful management. Often biennial this is a mild bittersharp whose acidity is greatly valued with a blend. The golden, musky juice is tart, aromatic with a SG of 1.076. Pollination Group 2.
