Yorkshire Apples
The present day Foxwhelp originates in Gloucestershire in the 1600s (first recorded 1653) although it has undoubtedly been improved through careful management. Often biennial this is a full bittersharp whose acidity is greatly valued within a blend. The golden, musky juice is tart, aromatic with a SG of 1057. Pollination Group 2.
