Aka Blanchet. An ancient French bittersharp cider variety that is said to have  been grown in Normandy since 1397. Medium sized green/yellow fruits with white flesh press into light golden juice of good quality. This variety is tolerant of both both wind and damp climates. Pollination group 3.  SG 1.05
