Guillevic - often regarded as the best Brittany cider variety.
Yorkshire Apples
Described as the best of the best - this hardy "sharp" variety originated in the Gulf of Morbihan in the south of Brittany from at least 1800s although it could be much older. It is disease and pest resistant although it should not be planted in wet ground. Described as the Breton Champagne it offers a golden single varietal cider with aromatic, fruity tangy notes.
