Jeanne Renard - A rich cider variety that adds substance to a blend.
Yorkshire Apples
Discovered in Rance Valley by a farmer who named it after his wife. This variety offers bitter, rich and complex flesh with mellow tannins. The amber coloured juice has a high specific gravity with fruity notes that produces a strong heavy cider that is regarded as too rich to be used on its own. This is best incorporated as part of a blend. Pollination group 4.
Cider - Spur bearer - Ready late November
