King of the Pippins - if you have space plant this variety.
Yorkshire Apples
A heritage variety first recorded in 1629 that was later beloved by the Victorians. This is an interesting fruit that can create SG 1078 cider while offering dessert flesh that is crisp, very juicy and sugary, with a fine vinous flavour. The flesh, cooks well, with a hint of a sweet, lemony tang. Scab and mildew resistant - considered better than Cox at the 1883 Natrional Apple Congress. Pollination group 3.
Dessert/Cooker/Cider - Spur bearer - Ready early October
