Laxton Superb - an iconic apple with great qualities.

This true favourite was developed in 1897 between Cox and Wyken Pippin by the Laxton Brothers. A heavy cropping dessert apple that is sweet, aromatic and firm textured while offering good juicing capability. It is partially self fertile that would still benefit from a pollinating partner. Itself is a good pollinator and yields a heavy crop. Pollination Group 4.
