A modern Bittersweet variety from the Long Ashton breeding programme (named after Liz Copas with Michelin female x James Grieve) that tends towards compact growth making it popular for small spaces or intensive cultivation. The fruits that resemble those of Michelin are sweet and chewy. They offer interesting juice for a cider blend. Pollination group 2.
