Yorkshire Apples

With McIntosh and Jersey Black as parents (Geneva Research Station New York 1923) this variety is said by some connoisseurs as the best tasting apple. This is sweet, scented variety with great flavour. Pronounced Mac Cowan and fairly difficult to obtain in the UK. Pollination group 3.
