Oaken Pin (a pin is a small keg) is an old variety ( with some resistance to scab that generally crops well. Originally recorded in 1876 from the areas around Exmoor. This is an interesting, good bearing, honeyed aromatic fruit that offers sweet yellowish flesh oftentinged red that is excellent for juicing. Pollination Group 3.
