Pendragon - a rare red fleshed apple from Cornwall.

Re-discovered in the 1980s this deeply pigmented Cornish red fleshed apple is said to date from 1200s and to have the highest vitamin C content of any apple. The fruit is marginally sweet although mixed with other varieties it can create very interesting juice. Pollination group 1.
