Pickerings Seedling - a rare, sweet and perfumed variety.

Brought to the attention of Hogg in 1869 by Mr Caparn of Newark. Described as an excellent fine textured apple with sweet, tender, delicate perfumed flesh. This is a rare apple worthy of greater interest.  Pollination group 3.
