Prince William - a modern early flowering Bittersweet cider apple.

A modern mild bittersweet variety croissed between Michelin (female) and James Grieve from the Long Ashton breeding programme. This is an excellent variety - a reliable heavy cropper although with pollination group 1 it may be susceptible to frost. Melting fruit producing sweet, slightly astingent juice.
