Red Elison - all-round a first class fruit with good characteristics.

A redder sport of Elison's orange discovered in Wisbech in 1948. This excellent colouring together juicy and well-flavoured flesh make this an appealing and recommended choice. The notable characteristics of the parent of being resistant to scab and mildew as well as being tolerant of late frosts make this an outstanding fruit. Partially self fertile with pollination in group 3.
