Yorkshire Apples

The "marbled reinette" first recorded in 1760 and believed to originate in the Netherlands. Quick to bear fruit this variety exhibits yellow green skin, that is occasionally blushed red and covered with large patches of pale grey russet. The flesh is yellowish, very sweet, fragrant and rich with a perfumed flavour and not much acid. A useful juicing apple. Pollination group 4.
