Rubinola - a modern, disease resistant and well-flavoured Czech variety.

A modern Czech variety (1997) bred to be disease resistant particularly to scab in wetter regions. A highly regarded large sized, sweet, crunchy apple with good flavour that crops well. Unusually, the apple slices do not oxidise when cut.  A good variety for the north.  Pollination Group 3.
