Snow Sweet - a hardy variety from USA with good flavour.

Snow Sweet is a modern hardy variety (resistant to scab and fire blight) that was developed by Minnesota University (2006). The white flesh is balanced being sweet with only a hint of tartness and is slow to oxidise and turn brown. This variety is best suited to the sunnier parts of the UK. Pollination group 3.
