Sops in Wine - an unusual pink juice valued within a cider blend.

Yorkshire Apples

Possibly dating from before 1629 when it is said to be first recorded.  This is a heritage variety with unusual pink stained cream coloured flesh that can be mildly sweet. Resistant to canker, this is a vigorous and heavy cropping tree. The aromatic juice has a value within a cider blend. Pollination group 1.
