Stark's Earliest - an early, well-flavoured variety from the USA.

Developed in Idaho, USA 1938 and also known as Scarlett Pimpernel. This very early fruiting variety offers crisp, well-flavoured flesh that can be picked in late July through into August. Fruits bruise easily and are best eaten directly from the tree or juiced. Pollination group 1.
