Starkspur McIntosh - an aromatic free spurring variety.

This excellent variation of McIntosh was discovered in British Columbia, Canada in 1968 and is now grown commercially. Here this variety freely produces abundant fruiting spurs. Classically McIntosh with an aromatic rather than a simply sweet flavour that is often described as vinous. Pollination group 2.
