Tale Sweet - A first class sweet Cider apple.

Originally from Tale Farm, Payhembury in east Devon.  In the Long Ashton Trials in 1930 this variety was reported to be first in the group testing Cider Sweets. They offer sweet, greenish and chewy stranded flesh that presses into fantastic juice although best results are pressed straight after harvest. Pollination group 2.
