Tardive Forestier - a rare Bittersweet cider variety from Normandy.

A rather rare full bodied bittersweet from Honfleur, Normandy with a fruity aroma together with high bitterness and tannin. This is a relatively disease free variety that is fairly vigorous although it has a tendancy to be biennial. Pollination group 1.
