Taylor's Sweet - a mild bittersweet from Somerset.

An old 19th century mild bittersweet cider apple from Petherton, Somerset that is low on tannin and is regarded by some as a sweet dessert apple in the USA.  With attractive cream coloured blossom occuring in group 2 this variety produces sweet, white fruit with great flavour and aroma although the resultant juice has an interesting value within a blend.
