Tommy Knight - an old cider variety from Cornwall.
Yorkshire Apples
An old bittersweet cider variety recorded in 1861 and said to hail originally from St. Agnes, Cornwall well before that. Lost then rediscovered in 1981. It is an interesting small, yellowish-green fruit overlaid with a bright red flush and darker striping with cream coloured, juicy flesh tempering sweet to sweet/sharp. A late season varity with flesh and juice that is distinctly fruity. Pollination group 3.
