White Norman - a heritage Bittersweet cider apple from Herefordshire.

A small creamy, straw coloured bittersweet heritage cider variety. Fruits bruise easily and need to be pressed soon after harvest. It's white flesh offers a pleasing depth of character - (dry, aromatic musty fruits) with tannins.  From Herefordshire that was once popular with Bulmers as a single varietal cider although now little known. Pollination group 4.
